BECOMING A LEADER
Thank you for stepping out to become a Leader at Elevation Melbourne. We get to see God do amazing things at our church and we are excited for you to experience what it's like to be a leader at our church. Whether you are interested in leading an eGroup or an eTeam the steps to becoming a leader are listed below.
3 STEPS TO BECOMING A LEADER
1. Leader Application
This allows you to know more about our expectations of what leadership looks like, and allows us to get to know you more. This must be completed before Orientation Class.
2. Leader Orientation Class
Leader Orientation is a three week evening class with homework each week. Please note that attending Orientation does not mean we will ask you to become a leader. (The next class begins October 7 , 2025)
3. Leader Install
If you are asked to step into a leadership role, you will be installed as a leader at our next Campus Leader Night.
